Beyond Red Hill

Supporting major incidents

Over the brigade’s history, members have supported responses to Ash Wednesday, Black Saturday, the Bunyip State Forest fires, incidents around Hastings and Omeo, and interstate deployments into New South Wales.

The existing brigade record notes an average of more than 100 incidents each year. Activity changes with conditions, and every response is made possible by trained volunteers.
