We’re always interested in hearing from potential new members, either in a firefighting capacity, or to help out around the brigade. Please fill in the form on the “Join Red Hill CFA” page, and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.

Being a rural area, burning off is an important way that many residents use to reduce the risk of fire in the fire danger period.

It’s important that you are aware of your rights and responsibilities in regards to safely and legally burning off on your property. Please visit our Burning Off page for more information and links to the relevant authorities.

The Red Hill Fire Brigade is operated 24/7 by a group of extremely dedicated volunteers who live in the local community.

Whilst we don’t have a 24/7 presence at the station, we are only a pager message away from any emergency in our community. Please call 000 to receive a response from us at any time.

Our members are usually at the station on Sunday mornings, from around 9:30am to 12pm. Feel free to pop in if you would like to discuss anything with us.

Email us via our “Contact Us” page.

Call ‘000’ for a response in any emergency.

Donations from the community are always welcome, but not expected.

The core functions of the CFA are fully funded by the Government, but some equipment and administration costs are expected to be funded at a brigade level.

If you would like to donate to us, please contact us via our online form, or visit the “Donate” page on this website.

Visit the “Join Red Hill CFA” page and complete the online form to hear back from a member of the Red Hill CFA.

See the “Volunteer with CFA” page on the CFA website for more general information about volunteering with the CFA.

Please contact us to discuss a visit to your school by some of our volunteers.
